Gaaro is designed with strict multi-tenant isolation. Each garage workspace has its own protected database records. Customer details (names, mobile numbers, vehicle registration numbers, job histories, and invoices) registered by your workshop are accessible solely by your authorized garage users. We do not sell, rent, or share your customer database with third-party advertisers or competitors.

3. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Owner name, workshop business name, login email, mobile phone number, and workshop address.
  • Operational Data: Vehicle registration numbers, odometer readings, vehicle photos snapped via camera, inspection notes, and invoicing line items.
  • Technical Logs: IP address, device user agent, and login timestamps recorded for workspace security and fraud prevention.

4. WhatsApp Click-to-Chat Privacy

Gaaro does not read or intercept private WhatsApp conversations. Our WhatsApp integration creates pre-filled wa.me deep links that execute locally inside your WhatsApp application. The message transmission occurs exclusively between your device and the recipient under WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption.

5. Data Security

We deploy modern encryption protocols (TLS 1.3 / SSL) to secure all data in transit. Vehicle photos and receipts are stored on isolated, encrypted object storage systems. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using standard Bcrypt algorithms.
